Terms & Conditions
Legal Meridian Digital Services ACN: 697 217 155 Last updated: April 2026 By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and confirm that you have read and understood our privacy practices. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
PART A — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Work
All projects begin with a written agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any additional tasks outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery. For custom or larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules will be agreed in writing. Late payments of more than 14 days may result in work being paused. All prices are quoted and invoiced in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the proposal. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed scope, not to redirect the project. Significant changes to direction may be quoted as additional work.
4. Timelines
We commit to agreed timelines on the basis that feedback, content, and approvals are provided by the client in a timely manner. If a client is unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be paused and a restart fee may apply.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all final deliverables produced for their project. Meridian Digital Services retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to commencement.
6. Third-Party Tools & Services
Some projects may require third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or software subscriptions. These costs are the responsibility of the client and are not included in project pricing unless explicitly stated.
7. Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, they will be invoiced for all work completed to that point. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
Meridian Digital Services will deliver work with professional care and in accordance with the agreed scope. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including technical issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or plugins beyond our control.
